The exterior fabric is spot-clean friendly for most stains or scuff marks. Use warm water and mild detergent or a wet-dry vac is the best. For deeper cleaning, the cover is fully washable – please fully decant the inner filling via the funnelweb system before washing. Line dry only. Fabrics are designed for high-traffic living and resist daily wear from kids, pets, and life.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! For returns, please note that there are return fees that must be settled by the customer.

Please also understand that a product may only be returned within the 14 days after purchase. Item/s must also be in good condition, not have any damages, stains or marks.
