Ambient Lounge Designer bean bags were offered to those in the ‘waiting lounge’ last week in Tottenham Crt Rd, London for the launch of the new iPod Nano. Those that escaped the hectic London peak hour traffic and cramped tubes were treated to the ultimate experience of trying out one of the new designer bean bags and a sample of the Ambient Lounge iTunes chill out playlist.
The Nano is an undeniable hit with its sexy curves and sleek look and was a perfect match for the new Black Milano bean bag, a style icon itself. The room looked great decked out with 25 black faux leather bean bags, mood lighting and a crew of earphone clad, grooving young professionals.
Escapism is the word that was on everyone’s lips as they begrudgingly trundled back onto bustling Oxford St with a hint of a smile and soothing beats looping around in their mind. Many of the bean bags sceptics were converted to the new evolution of sound and home entertainment.
In a small way, the Ambient Lounge is doing for bean bags what Apple has done for MP3’s.
